Kristine J. Maxwell, a prominent attorney with over 22 years of experience, is dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to clients throughout Utah.

Kristine received her undergraduate degree from Westminster College of Salt Lake City, and her Juris Doctorate from the J. Ruben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University (Class of 2000) and was admitted to the Utah Bar in October of 2000. She also is licensed in the State of Nevada since May of 2006.

Kristine understands that the legal process can be confusing and overwhelming, which is why she takes the time to listen to each client’s unique situation and provide tailored advice to help them successfully resolve their legal issues.

She successfully defended a $10,000,000.00 lawsuit concerning real property near the Nevada Speedway. Prevailed in a multi-million dollar Plaintiff’s personal injury case against medical doctor and medical device company, and has recovered millions of dollars for Plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

In her free time, Kristine enjoys practicing yoga and playing tennis. She enjoys learning about the latest developments in law and politics.
