Biography

Michael Combs primarily practices employment and family law. Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Rhodes College graduating summa cum laude. Michael combines his Southern hospitality roots with a deep understanding of employment and family issues to both care and fight for his clients.

While in law school, Michael served as an editor of the Florida Law Review and as a research assistant. Michael has spent significant time externing with the State Attorney’s Office in the 4th Judicial Circuit of Nassau County, Florida and with a Federal Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to law school, Michael gained experience as a litigator through trial advocacy and mock trial programs with Rhodes College.

While Michael has spent the majority of his time in the South, he has quickly come to love all that Utah has to offer. Michael frequently spends his time biking, hiking, and skiing in the beautiful mountain landscape that Utah has to offer. Michael is quickly learning why the Beehive State is a great place to call home and help people navigate the complexities of the law.
