Eviction Notices

Your Content Goes Here

In order for an eviction to be legal, the landlord must file a lawsuit against you. Before the lawsuit can begin, the landlord must first give written notice to the tenant. The notice will indicate the reasons the landlord claims a right to evict. For example, the notice may demand the payment of late rent, demand compliance with terms of the lease, or simply state that the lease period has expired.
