Hepworth & Associates is a full-service eviction law firm. Whether you are just stopping by to borrow our forms, or whether you need us to evict your tenant and restore possession of your property, we are the team that can help. 801-872-2222.
In order for an eviction to be legal, the landlord must file a lawsuit against you. Before the lawsuit can begin, the landlord must first give written notice to the tenant. The notice will indicate the reasons the landlord claims a right to evict. For example, the notice may demand the payment of late rent, demand compliance with terms of the lease, or simply state that the lease period has expired.
We’re confident that you’ll be impressed by our “bedside manner.” We want to make your experience so great and memorable that you’ll tell all your friends about us.
