Kimi brings over 15 years of litigation and legal experience to Hepworth Legal. She has worked in various legal settings including private law firms, government agencies, and in-house legal departments.

Most recently, Kimi worked as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Flickinger Sutterfield Boulton where she exclusively handled complex federal cases. She has extensive experience in areas such as construction law, aviation law, personal injury, and insurance defense.

Prior to that, Kimi gained additional litigation experience at the Utah Attorney General’s Office and firms such as Strong & Hanni and Smith & Glauser. Her responsibilities have included managing caseloads, drafting pleadings and motions, coordinating discovery, preparing witnesses, assisting at trial, and conducting legal research.

Kimi has a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Broadview University and an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Salt Lake Community College. She holds a Paralegal Certificate and is a Certified Notary Public.
