Dustin L. Clark, Esq.

Dustin represents and advises clients in a variety of business-law and workplace matters. He serves as legal counsel in cases involving employment law as well as matters concerning unfair business practices, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. He has successfully argued, enforced, and prevented temporary restraining orders (TROs) and injunctions in noncompete, nonsolicitation, nondisclosure, and trade-secret cases.

Dustin represents clients before state and federal courts as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Utah Antidiscrimination and Labor Division, and other government agencies. In addition to representing clients before trial courts and administrative tribunals, Dustin has appellate experience in both state and federal courts.

Along with litigating workplace disputes, Dustin advises clients regarding compliance with workplace laws and litigation avoidance. He also designs and composes employee handbooks, workplace policies, independent-contractor agreements, employment contracts, severance agreements, settlement agreements, releases of claims, and restrictive covenants.

Dustin previously worked for an international labor-and-employment law firm, where he represented the world’s most prominent gaming companies as well as other national and international businesses.

Dustin graduated from Brigham Young University, majoring in political science and received his law degree from Florida State University graduating with honors.

Dustin enjoys spending time with his five children as they explore nature, making memories and sharing laughs. His interests outside of work include mountain biking, hiking, river rafting, and tennis.
